  • One drink is required to order.
  • You may bring in food that doesn’t have strong odors.
  • Smoking other than sheesha (hookah) is prohibited in the store (including vapes and electronic cigarettes).
  • In principle, you may not change or move seats.
  • Please pay your bill at your table.
  • After 7:00 p.m., a table charge of JPY 550/person per hour will be assessed.(Itabashi store is After 8:00 p.m., JPY 330)
  • For orders after 10:00 p.m., a late-night fee of 10% will be added to your bill.

Notice on bringing in food

You are free to bring in food, provided that it’s a snack with not much odor. We ask that you keep any trash organized.

Bringing in drinks is prohibited

Bringing in any drinks including water or tea is prohibited. Each customer is required to order at least one drink.

Changing seats

In principle, you may not change or move seats. If you wish to change seats, a transfer fee of JPY 1,100 (tax included) will be charged.

If you’re expecting more guests

Please consult with the store staff in advance but note that we may be unable to accommodate your request depending on seat availability.

Please don’t touch the equipment

If you break the sheesha (hookah) pipe or drink glasses, you will be asked to pay for actual damages. We will not be responsible for any burns, etc.

Please let us know if you have any food allergies.

Sheesha(hookah) flavor may cause allergies. If you have some food allergies, please let us know.

Please keep clean

If you make the inside/outside of the restaurant or the restrooms extremely dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee of JPY 11,000.(tax included).

Acts violating public morals

If you are found to disturb public morals (drunkenness, nuisance, scouting, solicitation, etc.), you will be asked to leave immediately after paying your bill.
